I had been meaning to make a car with Master E for some time and hadn't managed it, so while it was raining and Miss M was busy sleeping we got to it. Thanks to Janine for reminding me of this very easy craft.
I had pre-covered a nappy box with some plain white paper. Given Master E a selection of textas, some paper plates and split pins.

Getting ready to get started, just making sure we had everything.

Master E was very keen to get some wheels happening as soon as possible. I used the split pins to help him to add the wheels so that they would spin.

| The all important steering wheel is added and now it's time for a quick test drive.

Some more test driving and showing off his personalised plates!

Time to think of some other uses for the paper plates. There was a lot of sorting and stacking and unstacking.

Adding some headlights???

Some more touches needed from inside the car.

We apparently needed an extra steering wheel.

| The final touches, with the double steering wheels and interior  design.

We had lots of fun going driving around the loungeroom. Mainly with me pushing. Perfect wet day activity.
